Brennah Montgomery
Bestiality

Brennah Montgomery recorded sexual acts between herself and her dog, Las Vegas Metro police said. Montgomery will be required to register as a sex offender as a result of the plea deal, according to a guilty plea agreement.
Montgomery pleaded guilty to both charges, possession of visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a child, a felony, and bestiality, a gross misdemeanor, on Feb 10, court documents show. She originally faced five felony charges, along with a gross misdemeanor.
The maximum sentence for the felony charge of possession of child sexual abuse material is six years in prison along with a fine of up to $5,000, while the maximum for the gross misdemeanor bestiality charge is 364 days in jail, along with a fine of up to $2,000.
Police first arrested Montgomery on May 21, according to police records.
Montgomery posted $15,000 through a bond company, according to court records. Las Vegas Metro police said she was released from jail on June 1.
Police said they found approximately 153 bestiality videos that appeared to be between Montgomery and her dog, according to an arrest report. Five of the videos showed Montgomery’s face or her partial face, some videos showed Montgomery using peanut butter, and some videos were duplicates, police noted.
Montgomery admitted during her interview with a detective that she did engage in sexual activities, but she claimed she did not lock or force the dog to do such activity, according to the arrest report.
During a search warrant at a home in August 2022, police said they found the dog.
Montgomery claimed that she came across child pornography in a group on Telegram, an encrypted chat application, but denied saving or downloading any child pornography, police said.
“Brennah stated she accessed Telegram with her iPhone 12, and when she first started to use Telegram and WhatsApp, the programs automatically downloaded the media she viewed on the apps and saved to her phone,” the arrest report stated.
Montgomery admitted to then transmitting three videos of child sexual abuse material on Snapchat during a roleplay conversation.
Police said the investigation began after they received a “CyberTip Report” from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children regarding a Snapchat user who was transmitting three files of child sexual abuse material in 2021.
